We are Wallingford for All CIC a Community Interest Company registered as a Private company limited by guarantee without share capital with Companies House (Company number 16051053). Our purpose is to carry out activities which benefit the community of Wallingford, South Oxfordshire and the local area and in particular (without limitation) to support and inspire community members, organisations, and stakeholders to identify and harness local assets-such as skills, knowledge, social networks, and physical resources-toward the creation and execution of community-led projects that respond to local needs and aspirations; to deliver customised programme management and support services to local projects and activities, ensuring efficient planning, coordination, and execution of initiatives that align with the community's strengths, needs, and vision for development.

Services and what they are used for:
Google Mail / Google Workspace: Collecting expressions of interest in the business of the company, supporting Window on Wallingford magazine, joining our email service
Services operate data processing agreements compliant with UK GDPR. Where data is transferred outside the UK, appropriate safeguards (Standard Contractual Clauses) are in place.
How long we keep your data
For the duration of your contact with us and for six years afterwards, as required by our Articles of Association and financial record-keeping obligations.
Newsletter subscribers and registered supporters: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent, or after three years of inactivity - whichever is sooner.
